Once your booking has been confirmed, you can view your hire voucher online here. Just enter the booking number which we provided you with when you submitted the booking form. We will also send you a PDF of your hire voucher by e-mail. If your booking has been confirmed but you have not received the voucher by e-mail, please check your Spam folder.

  • Modify booking

If you need to modify your booking in any way prior to pick-up, please send us an e-mail detailing your requirements. If it's a minor modification (e.g. change of pick-up or return time), then there should be no problem (depending on the supplier you are booked with). If the modification is more significant (e.g. change of dates, change of vehicle type), it's likely that a new booking will be required as most of our suppliers don't allow this type of modification.

  • Cancel booking

If you need to cancel your booking, please just send us an e-mail. There is no charge for cancelling with the majority of our suppliers. We would appreciate it if you can give us as much notice as possible, but don't worry if you have to cancel only a day or two before you are due to pick up.
