Once your booking has been confirmed, you can view your hire voucher online here. Just enter the booking number which we provided you when you submitted the booking form. Bear in mind that we will also send your hire voucher by e-mail. If your booking has been confirmed but you have not received the voucher by e-mail, please check your Spam inbox. Please print out your voucher and take it with you for vehicle collection. Although your booking will be in our supplier's system, our supplier will require a hard copy of the voucher.
If you need to modify your booking in any way prior to pick-up, please send us an e-mail detailing your requirements. If it's a minor modification (e.g. change of pick-up or return time), then there should be no problem. If, on the other hand, it's a more significant charge (e.g. a prolongation of the hire period or a change to the vehicle group), we'll need to check with our supplier. In many cases, it's easier just to confirm a new booking for this sort of modification. There's no charge for cancelling the original booking.
If you need to cancel your booking, please just send us an e-mail. There is absolutely NO charge for cancelling. We would appreciate it if you can give us as much notice as possible, but don't worry if you have to cancel only a day or two before you are due to pick up. Obviously, it's much better if we can let our supplier know that you won't be picking up the vehicle so that it can be released for another client. Availability during peak season is already bad enough!
